The sizing was for 6+ months, but Z was three months old and we needed some more diapers in the rotation. I was able to use the bigger diapers by just folding them lengthwise an extra inch or two.
Remove the diaper from beneath them, making sure that every area of skin is clean. Be sure to place the dirty diaper out of your baby's reach, as they are very tempting to play with! Quickly place a clean diaper underneath just in case they decide to surprise you. I feel it is really important to now dry your baby's skin, as I feel this really helps prevent diaper rash.
If you going to use prefolds, then I would skip the disposables all together and go straight for the cloth diapering. Most hospitals will send you home with the package that they open for you at the hospital and you might as well use those up (you paid for them already anyway) but your baby will probably outgrow them pretty quickly (although my son was in them for a month before he was big enough for the all in one pocket diapers we had). Infant size is less of an issue with prefold cloth diapers than it is with the all in one or pocket diapers because if your baby is small you just fold the prefolds a little differently so that they fit..
Refer above answer. If you're washing your laundry anyway what's the big deal. I wash the diapers with the towels, wash cloths and underwear on hot water using mild detergent. I love how they have locally made stuff! I have not been to another diapering store, but I think their selection of diapers, and parenting products is great. Every time I been in there are quite a few customers in the shop that need help, but we are all tended to. The owner guided me through the process of selecting just the right diaper for my toddler without spending a small fortune.

No more yuckin up the landfills with tightly wrapped fecal matter to spread bacteria and disease.Now washing most people I talk to can believe I wash my own diapers, but really it so simple. What works best for me it to is to simply toss my soiled diapers into a zippered dry, wet bag. I then empty the contents into the washer on wash day (my hands never come into direct contact with yuck).
